Tips and Tools to help you in following your dream + Meditation

Following my dream is a lot of fun and also a lot of trial and learning.  Yes, learning. Little by little I am doing it.  One phone call, one email, one message, one step, one class, one dance party at a time.Friends, wherever you are on the journey of following your dream, know that I am here to support you, to hold space for you, and to cheer for you.This week my IG account @IAmNancyTorres reached 900 friends!  900.  Thank YOU for all your support and encouragement in start my Coaching business and leading meditation classes and events.  I need these tools because building your own business can be hard work, a lot of work, can at times dampen your spirit and feel super overwhelming.  It can ALSO be fun, exciting, lift your spirit to new heights, and be super rewarding.

It is important to keep your mindset positive, your spirit strong, and to have fun as you pursue your dreams.

Because real life moments happen, and tips and tools help us continue to make moves!

  • Breathe.  Breathe in and breathe out. Take three really good mindful breaths.  Repeat as needed.  A proactive tip is to great take three mindful breaths before you begin working, jump on a call, or meeting.
  • Take a break.  Take a break and set a time on it, maybe it’s an hour, a day, a week, only you know  what is best for you. Breaks are totally allowed.  For me, they help me come back back to center, have clarity, and help me to keep going.
  • Feel your feelings.  Feel your feelings and honor them through the practice of journal writing, meditation, or talking to a friend about them.  The purpose is to feel your feeling, honor them, release them, and return to peace.
  • Imagine.  Imagine is one of my favorite things to do:)  Imagine your dream coming true, what does it look like?  What do you look like?  How do you feel?  What do you see, hear?  Who is with you?  Where are you?  Allow yourself to really get into it.  The more details the better.  Have fun!  Imagine big.  A smile will most likely appear on your face when doing this:) Enjoy it!
  • Reflect.  Reflect on your progress, your growth, your perseverance. Honor yourself. Celebrate yourself. Be proud of yourself.
  • Dance Party!  Have a dance party!  Choose an uplifting song, raise the volume and dance party it up!  Singing along is highly encouraged.

Breathe in guidance. Breathe out guidance.
Breathe in blessings. Breathe out blessings.

I am supported, I am guided, I am blessed in my journey and see my dreams coming true.
